采区风井双井筒反井钻井工艺

Mine shaft rising boring technology of air dual shaft in working area

摘要: 基于目前反井钻机钻井能力和采区风井设计要求,总结了反井钻井与普通法凿井建设采区风井的优势,提出了利用双井筒代替大直径井筒通风功能的思路,并给出了采区风井双井筒反井钻井方法,即:先完成两个导孔,再进行扩孔钻进,且第一个井的导孔钻进过程中可对地层进行注浆加固处理。并以晋城寺河煤矿采区风井建设为工程实例,证明了该工艺实施的可行性且效果良好。

Abstract: Improving ventilation efficiency is one of mining safety measures, and High efficient drilling technology for mining area by raise boring machine is significant method. Ventilation shaft arrangement and anti-well drilling capacity is analyzed for the characteristics of western stratum. The idea about achieving the function of large diameter shaft ventilation by air dual shaft. Mine shaft rising boring technology of air dual shaft is proposed in order to avoid close-range shaft accident. The specific construction process is complete two guide holes firstly, expand drilling afterwards. The reinforcement measures such as grouting should be done when guide hole is drilling. The good effects of technology is proved by air dual shaft construction in Sihe coal mine.
